About the Role

PayPay seeks a business development and service planning professional to create new initiatives across its financial companies, manage requirements and projects end to end, align stakeholders using measurable impact, and execute post-launch growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience participating in the planning, launch, or growth of a business or service involving system development
  • Project management experience, including negotiations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in card, banking, or securities business development is preferred
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies is preferred
  • Business English ability with a TOEIC score of 800 or higher is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Plan strategies, define requirements, and promote projects to expand PayPay’s financial ecosystem
  • Coordinate with PayPay financial companies to promote cross-use
  • Use concrete figures to communicate initiative impact and align stakeholders around common goals
  • Plan and execute growth strategies after launching initiatives
