About the Role

You will grow OTC and crypto liquidity provision businesses by acquiring counterparties and partners, developing existing relationships, and identifying opportunities across traditional finance and crypto markets. You will manage opportunities end to end, work with cross functional teams, develop exchange relationships, and monitor crypto market activity for new partnerships.

Requirements

Bachelor of Arts degree
1 to 2 years of experience in a high performing fast paced environment
Experience in financial services or capital markets
Experience in business development or a client facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfort navigating legal and commercial aspects of business development
Strong product knowledge of OTC derivatives
Understanding of token structures, market making, CEX and DEX liquidity provision, and trading and market liquidity dynamics
SIE, Series 7, or Series 63 licenses preferred

Responsibilities

Grow the OTC business across traditional finance and crypto ecosystems
Develop and execute growth plans for acquiring counterparties and expanding existing relationships
Grow the crypto liquidity provision business
Build relationships with crypto projects, crypto VCs, institutional investors, miners, and ecosystem participants
Work with cross functional teams to drive brand awareness
Develop relationships with exchanges globally
Track crypto ecosystem launches and news to identify business development opportunities
