About the Role
You will be employee number one on the ground in Germany, tasked with unlocking high-value segments such as PE/VC funds, holding companies, family offices, and corporate service providers. You will identify and engage decision-makers across Germany's B2B landscape, build strategic relationships with accountants, tax advisors, and law firms, and run end-to-end commercial cycles for high-value accounts, from discovery to compliance onboarding and closing. You will educate fund managers and corporate treasurers on how to leverage Vivid's Treasury and Money Market Fund solutions, partner with Sales Leadership to refine the Ideal Customer Profile and localized messaging for the German market, and represent Vivid at major financial services and fintech events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B/Institutional sales experience within the German financial ecosystem (e.g., Private Banking, Corporate Banking, Fund Services, FinTech, or Treasury/Asset Management)
- Deep knowledge of Germany's financial structures (Soparfis, RAIFs, SICAVs) and liquidity/banking relationships
- An established network or proven ability to network into CFOs, Fund Operations leads, Managing Directors, and Domiciliation Agents
- Technical fluency in FX, money market funds, yield generation, and compliance/KYB processes
- Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a high-autonomy environment
- Full professional fluency in English and German
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage decision-makers across PE/VC funds, corporate holding structures, asset managers, and corporates
- Build strategic relationships with accountants, tax advisors, and law firms
- Run the end-to-end commercial cycle for high-value accounts from discovery to closing
- Educate fund managers and corporate treasurers on Treasury and Money Market Fund solutions
- Refine the Ideal Customer Profile, localized messaging, and regulatory positioning for the German market
- Represent Vivid at financial services, fund industry, and fintech events in Germany
