About the Role
You will own customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion, guide customers through platform features, maintain health and forecast data, collect customer feedback, and provide training, support, and strategic guidance.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in customer success, commercial account management, or technical sales in SaaS or developer tools
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Track record of meeting renewal and expansion targets
- Experience managing relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion
- Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools such as HubSpot
- Problem-solving and consultative customer-management skills
- Time management and organization for multiple accounts
- Data analysis for customer success metrics and growth opportunities
- Knowledge of AI and automation
Responsibilities
- Own relationships for an assigned customer portfolio
- Lead customer onboarding programs
- Guide customers through platform features
- Execute renewal and expansion processes
- Maintain customer health scores and renewal forecasts in HubSpot
- Gather and communicate customer feedback
- Provide ongoing customer training, support, and strategic guidance
