About the Role
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership, strategic growth, and management of the master agent network in Burkina Faso. You will drive operational excellence and ensure master agents deliver high-quality service. You'll manage a roll-out plan for master agents, lead the master agent team to build a sustainable network, and lead master agent projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with the team to make sure agents have all required supplies, build strong relationships with them, and ensure the network consistently delivers high-quality service. You'll oversee the development of master agents, provide management with feedback, and analyze network performance to identify and implement improvement plans.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and Mooré is a great advantage; another local language is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of the product and agent network
- Strong ethics, integrity, and ability to negotiate
- 5 years of experience in sales and stakeholder management
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English
- Work authorization in Burkina Faso is required

- Manage a roll-out plan for master agents
