About the Role
You will build Built's supply-side partnership function from scratch. You will source, evaluate, negotiate, and close vendor partnerships; define partner profiles, commercial frameworks, tiers, SLAs, and quality standards; create onboarding and performance-management processes; coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering; and prioritize new Marketplace service categories.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in supply-side partnerships, vendor management, procurement, or business development
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, construction technology, or real estate services is preferred
- Experience building a partnership program or vendor network from scratch
- Understanding of marketplace or platform economics
- Experience negotiating and structuring commercial agreements
- Strong operational skills
- Ability to manage strategic planning, commercial negotiation, and operational execution
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with data and analytics
Responsibilities
- Build the end-to-end partner lifecycle
- Define partner tiers, SLAs, and quality standards
- Create onboarding playbooks, performance tracking, and escalation paths
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and close vendor partnerships
- Run outbound programs across the vendor network
- Identify and prioritize new service categories
- Develop partnership agreement templates and vendor qualification criteria
- Define platform capabilities for a scaled vendor network
