About the Role
You source GPU capacity from infrastructure suppliers, build and manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and commercial agreements, conduct supplier diligence, coordinate contracts, and work with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to support the marketplace. You monitor market pricing and capacity trends, represent the company at industry events, and develop scalable supply processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Approximately 4–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, supply, sales, or commercial roles within cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, or enterprise technology
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements involving infrastructure, cloud services, hosting, colocation, dedicated servers, GPUs, or similar technical products
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with experience managing deals from sourcing through contract execution
- Ability to evaluate deal economics, pricing structures, margins, and commercial tradeoffs
- Comfort reviewing commercial contract language, including service level agreements, payment terms, liability provisions, and operational commitments
- Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for AI infrastructure and interest in the evolving compute ecosystem
Responsibilities
- Source new GPU supply across NeoClouds, data center operators, cloud infrastructure providers, and other technical infrastructure suppliers
- Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of supplier relationships from initial outreach through signed agreement
- Negotiate commercial agreements covering pricing, reserved capacity, SLAs, payment schedules, deposits, contract terms, and termination provisions
- Own supplier negotiations through execution of LOIs, MSAs, order forms, and other commercial agreements
- Conduct commercial diligence on potential suppliers
- Partner with Sales and Finance to align supplier agreements with customer demand and marketplace economics
- Work with Legal to ensure supplier contracts reflect negotiated commercial terms
- Monitor market pricing, supplier availability, capacity trends, and competitive dynamics
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
- Develop scalable supply processes and best practices
