About the Role
The Marketing Manager will lead communications and marketing efforts for Encode Club’s educational initiatives, developing strategies, managing content and outreach, evaluating campaign performance, and coordinating with partners, designers, Programme, and BizOps teams.
Requirements
- Early work experience or recent/upcoming graduate
- 2:1 or above from a leading university
- Confidence, initiative, and ambition to progress into leadership
- Strong social and people skills
- Evidence of atypical achievements beyond an undergraduate degree
- Interest in Web3 encouraged

Responsibilities
- Shape positioning, brand strategy, and overall communications strategy
- Devise and execute strategies to market Encode programmes
- Use analytics and tracking tools to evaluate campaign performance
- Draft social media and marketing content
- Coordinate with partners and clients to promote offerings
- Manage the Designer and ensure high-quality marketing materials
- Conduct targeted community outreach to increase engagement
- Maintain content across Encode platforms including the website, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Luma
- Highlight developments across community, alumni, and partner networks
- Conduct B2B outreach with industry partners
- Liaise with Programme and BizOps teams to align targets and execute marketing goals

Hiring Process
The process takes approximately 2–3 weeks: a 30-minute first interview with a leadership team member, a 30-minute second interview with the CEO, a 30-minute third interview with a leadership team member, a 2-hour take-home research case study, and a final 1-hour in-person interview in London with expenses covered.
