About the Role
You will support cultural, talent, and influencer strategy; coordinate talent partnerships and campaign logistics; organize projects and client communications; create presentations and marketing materials; track talent activity; report on performance; and monitor competitive and cultural opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing or talent and influencer acquisition experience
- Entertainment or media industry experience
- Communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinking
- Organization and time management
- Marketing presentation skills
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
- AI platform knowledge
- Social media platform knowledge
Responsibilities
- Develop cultural, talent, and influencer strategy
- Manage logistics for talent partnerships
- Track contract terms, shoot planning, talent briefings, and social deliverables
- Organize project deadlines, schedules, and risks
- Support influencer campaigns, talent relations, contracts, and content reviews
- Use insights and data to formulate and pitch concepts
- Create presentations
- Support client interactions, meeting agendas, and recaps
- Create talent activity reports and performance charts
- Write trend reports, fact sheets, bios, newsletters, backgrounders, talent updates, and alerts
- Maintain talent lists, tracking, and charts
- Support measurement and data reporting for talent alliances
- Monitor competitive activity and marketplace opportunities
