About the Role

You will build and lead an integrated global campaign function across digital, offline, and account-based programs. You will translate business priorities into pipeline, manage budgets and performance, establish campaign operating processes, lead marketing professionals, and use AI and automation across research, content, experimentation, and reporting.

Requirements

• 12+ years of digital marketing, integrated campaigns, or demand generation experience
• Experience building and leading teams responsible for pipeline targets and global campaign portfolios
• Experience with complex sales-led enterprise motions
• Experience creating global strategies with regional adaptation
• Data fluency in attribution, forecasting, experimentation, and funnel analysis
• Cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills
• Fluency with AI-powered marketing tools

Responsibilities

• Build an integrated full-funnel campaign portfolio
• Translate business priorities into acquisition, deal acceleration, and expansion programs
• Orchestrate account-based marketing for priority accounts
• Set pipeline targets and manage budgets
• Partner on attribution, forecasting, reporting, and lead flow
• Establish campaign planning, quality assurance, launch, and optimization processes
• Hire, coach, and develop digital marketing and campaigns professionals
• Embed AI and automation into marketing work
