About the Role
You will lead a team of commercial lawyers who draft, review, and negotiate complex international agreements for platform and franchise customers. You will advise senior stakeholders, guide risk-based legal decisions, improve negotiation processes through automation, oversee commercial initiatives, and support legal training and compliance.
Requirements
- 6+ years of legal experience
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts
- Understanding of contract law principles
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing legal professionals
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience educating others on complex ideas
- Ability to prioritize work in a high-volume environment
- Fluency in English
