About the Role

You will lead contract drafting, negotiation, and execution for real estate acquisitions, joint ventures, and project finance transactions. You will support financing and recapitalizations, coordinate legal due diligence, draft customer leases and data center service agreements, maintain standardized legal documents, and advise cross-functional stakeholders on complex legal matters.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Active bar admission in any state
  • 5–7 years of experience focused on real estate acquisitions, project finance, or power procurement
  • Strong knowledge of construction financing and loan due diligence processes
  • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
  • Strong judgment and analytical abilities
  • Experience with data centers or large-scale industrial development projects is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review, negotiate, and execute real estate agreements from inception to closing
  • Support financing, debt raises, and large-scale recapitalizations
  • Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence for construction loans and joint ventures
  • Draft, negotiate, and execute customer leases and data center service agreements
  • Support legal execution of structured financial transactions
  • Develop and maintain standardized legal documents, templates, and clauses
  • Partner with Power Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Tax
  • Present complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders
