About the Role
You will build contract lifecycle workflows, legal intake processes, AI-enabled tooling, corporate records, and knowledge-management systems. You will manage compliance filings, stock administration, cap-table hygiene, outside counsel, and legal spend.
Requirements
- 5+ years in legal operations, contract operations, or a corporate paralegal role
- Ability to build and document processes from the ground up
- Experience configuring Ironclad or similar contract lifecycle management workflows and templates
- Experience with AI tools
- Sound judgment about handling and escalating matters
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain contract operations, lifecycle workflows, and approval logic
- Design legal intake processes for internal stakeholders
- Build and configure AI-enabled legal tooling
- Manage corporate administration, records, signatures, and knowledge management
- Manage corporate compliance, entity management, filings, and registered-agent coordination
- Support stock administration and cap-table hygiene
- Manage outside counsel and legal spend
