About the Role
You will make legal delivery more AI-native by redesigning workflows, building and deploying AI automation, and improving adoption across legal matters. You will structure legal knowledge, manage operational processes such as intake and entity filings, and measure results to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience shipping AI or automation into a legal or adjacent function
- Experience configuring platforms, working with APIs, light scripting, and building practical technical solutions
- Understanding of legal workflows, AI value, human review, and counsel involvement
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in engineering, automation, or technical operations
- Demonstrated delivery of AI-enabled workflows
Responsibilities
- Redesign legal workflows and build counsel-approved self-service paths
- Build and deploy AI workflows for drafting, playbook-based review, regulatory research, and regulator correspondence
- Select tools and coordinate integrations with IT, Security, and vendors
- Test workflows, train users, document processes, and drive adoption
- Establish evaluation, confidentiality, access-control, and human-review standards
- Measure turnaround time, manual effort, errors, adoption, and user experience
- Structure contracts, entity data, obligations, templates, playbooks, and precedents for search and AI use
- Establish ownership and maintenance processes for legal information
- Run legal intake, triage, and routing
- Manage outside counsel, entity filings calendars, and signature and execution workflows
- Automate routine tasks and remove unnecessary operational steps
