Responsibilities
- Improve the legal operating model and identify automation opportunities.
- Manage the legal technology stack, including contract lifecycle management, matter management, and e-billing.
- Manage outside counsel and legal service provider relationships.
- Track legal budgets and provider performance.
- Partner on automation of legal workflows.
- Define legal metrics and build performance dashboards.
- Align legal processes with Finance, IT, FDE, and business teams.
