About the Role
You will engage German- and English-speaking legal customers, understand their workflow challenges, and demonstrate relevant AI solutions. You will conduct legal research and analysis, tailor new-solution introductions, develop lawyer-focused marketing content, gather customer feedback, and support sales strategy.
Requirements
- JD or equivalent legal qualification
- Fluency in German and English
- At least 3 years of legal-practice experience at a top-tier law firm
- Transactional, in-house, or transformation experience preferred
- Executive engagement and relationship-building skills
- Presentation and demonstration skills
- Understanding of legal processes and legal-professional challenges
- Valid German work rights
Responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand workflow challenges and strategic objectives
- Demonstrate AI solutions for legal workflows
- Establish expertise in customers' legal problems
- Lead tailored product demonstrations
- Partner with Marketing on lawyer-focused content
- Represent the customer perspective to Sales and Product
- Tailor new-solution introductions to customer needs
- Conduct customer and competitor research and analysis
