About the Role
You will advise legal customers on incorporating AI into daily practice, lead onboarding and training, and develop scalable legal use cases. You will partner on expansion and renewals, address adoption barriers, translate customer needs into product feedback, monitor usage, and create APAC-focused customer materials.
Requirements
- Be based in Sydney and eligible to work in Australia
- Hold an Australian practising certificate or equivalent common-law qualification
- Have 3+ years of qualified-lawyer experience at a top-tier firm or in-house organisation
- Build relationships with key decision-makers
- Present to legal and executive audiences
- Understand legal processes and legal-professional challenges
- Hold valid Australian work rights
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams
- Lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs
- Develop and scale legal use cases across practice areas
- Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals
- Identify and address adoption barriers
- Translate legal practice needs into product and engineering feedback
- Monitor usage trends and re-engage at-risk accounts
- Create APAC-focused training and customer resources
