About the Role
You will lead, coach, and develop Legal Engineers. You will ensure high-quality demos, discovery, and deal support; partner on pipeline and deal strategy; engage prospective lawyers; provide product feedback; deliver tailored demonstrations; and travel to customer and company offices when required.
Requirements
- Be a qualified lawyer with 7+ years of post-qualification experience
- Have prior team-management experience
- Have familiarity with legal technology and AI tools
- Have commercial judgment and senior stakeholder engagement skills
- Have communication and presentation skills
- Have experience running training, workshops, or client-facing product sessions
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Legal Engineers
- Set performance expectations and build a high-output team culture
- Ensure high-quality demos, discovery conversations, and deal support
- Partner on pipeline prioritization, deal strategy, and conversion
- Engage prospective lawyers to address workflow challenges
- Collaborate on product positioning, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy
- Lead tailored product demonstrations
- Synthesize customer feedback for the product team
- Travel to customer and company offices when required
