About the Role

Own critical recruiting searches across Customer Success, Global Investigations, Compliance, Revenue Operations, and adjacent business functions. Partner with senior leaders on search strategy, map talent markets, engage passive candidates, and drive high-quality hiring decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience owning senior and business-critical searches in high-growth US-headquartered technology companies.
  • Experience hiring across GTM and supporting functions such as Customer Success, Post-Sales, Revenue Operations, Compliance, Operations, or Investigations.
  • Expertise in market mapping, talent intelligence, passive candidate engagement, confidential search management, and senior-level closing.
  • Ability to understand complex customer-facing, investigations, compliance, revenue operations, and specialized business roles.
  • Strong analytical ability using recruiting metrics, funnel health, conversion rates, market data, and pipeline quality.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and strategic advisory skills with senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
  • High ownership, persistence, judgment, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Ability to balance speed and quality while maintaining a high talent bar.
  • Applied AI fluency is evaluated during the interview process.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and business-critical roles across GTM and supporting functions.
  • Advise senior leaders on market dynamics, candidate calibration, hiring strategy, and closing.
  • Build targeted sourcing strategies across technology, public sector, financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity, compliance, intelligence, and data-driven environments.
  • Develop market maps covering competitor talent, functional networks, organizations, and referral pipelines.
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience aligned with TRM’s talent bar and mission.
  • Use recruiting metrics, market insights, and funnel conversion data to refine search strategy.
  • Facilitate calibration, structured feedback, and timely hiring decisions.
  • Improve intake, scorecard alignment, sourcing, debrief, and offer processes.
  • Serve as a craft leader for sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and strategic search execution.

Hiring Process

Within 72 hours, attend intake prepared with a total addressable market overview and 5–10 sample profiles. Within 48 hours of candidate feedback, refine search criteria; within 24 hours, create A/B outreach messaging and aim to source 100 candidates in the first week. Schedule a sourcing jam with five relevant TRM team members, then analyze sourcing conversions two weeks after outreach and continuously refine strategy until the role is filled. Applied AI fluency is evaluated during interviews.
