About the Role

You will advise managers across Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Australia, and the UAE on policies, local employment practices, and sensitive employee matters. You will manage leave administration, benefits renewals, immigration support, employee relations, offboarding, compliance improvements, and HR operations using Workday and Envoy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR Generalist People Operations or similar experience
  • Multi-jurisdictional APAC experience
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law and statutory requirements
  • Experience with employment regulations in another APAC or UAE market
  • Ability to advise and coach managers on nuanced people matters
  • Excellent communication across time zones cultures and seniority levels
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Experience with Workday and payroll coordination
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
  • This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Advise managers across APAC and the UAE on people policies employment practices and employee matters
  • Manage regional leave administration and statutory requirements
  • Coordinate benefits renewals with local vendors and brokers
  • Provide immigration support with external counsel and vendors
  • Support and lead employee relations matters and offboarding
  • Identify gaps in compliance policy coverage and operational processes
  • Collaborate on consistent global operations and locally adapted policy implementation
  • Contribute to People Team projects process improvements and policy rollouts
