About the Role
You will own and scale multi-country benefits operations, including enrollment, renewals, changes, and offboarding. You will benchmark offerings, negotiate with brokers and vendors, maintain regulatory compliance, and improve policies and processes. You will use benefits data and reporting to guide decisions, communicate benefits clearly to employees, and partner with Finance, HR Operations, payroll, Legal, and mobility stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience managing benefits for multi-country organizations during hypergrowth and new market entry
- Knowledge of benefits regulations and practices in the EU and/or US
- Vendor and broker management and negotiation skills
- Ability to design, document, and improve scalable processes
- Proficiency with HRIS and benefits platforms
- Reporting skills
- Automation and AI knowledge
- Stakeholder communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own benefits strategy across countries, including enrollment, renewals, changes, and offboarding
- Benchmark market competitiveness and recommend local benefits adjustments
- Manage brokers, insurers, and benefits vendors
- Lead RFPs and renewals and negotiate cost-quality trade-offs
- Ensure compliance with local benefits, insurance, and social-security regulations
- Design and improve scalable benefits processes and policies
- Maintain benefits data and build reporting and KPIs
- Communicate benefits information during enrollment and employee life events
- Partner with Finance on benefits budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with HR Operations and payroll on accurate deductions and contributions
- Contribute to immigration and mobility offerings
