About the Role
You will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing through offer close. You will partner with hiring leaders, build talent pipelines, manage multiple searches, report on funnel performance, improve candidate experience, use AI recruiting tools, maintain ATS data, and refine recruiting workflows.
Requirements
- 6 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience hiring software engineers and technical talent
- Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent searches
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong sourcing skills
- Experience using ATS reporting and funnel metrics
- Experience using AI tools and recruiting technology
- Strong communication organization and prioritization skills
- Experience working in fast-paced remote or distributed teams
