About the Role

You will own product strategy and roadmap for payments and on-chain financial capabilities. You will validate product-market fit through customer discovery, research, data, and usage; translate needs into scalable capabilities; lead cross-functional initiatives; and represent product strategy to customers and partners.

Requirements

Product management experience with payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, trading, or technically complex products.
Experience defining product strategy and leading initiatives from discovery through adoption.
Cross-functional leadership skills.
Technical fluency with backend, infrastructure, API, or protocol products.
Ability to translate financial workflows into product opportunities.
Written and verbal communication skills.
