About the Role
You will own the roadmap, strategy, and execution for tokenization and stablecoin infrastructure. You will lead cross-functional delivery, scope issuer and asset integrations, define product requirements and settlement flows, ensure regulatory and security readiness, evaluate chains and market developments, track performance, and support client enablement and junior PM development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience shipping B2B or institutional products
- Knowledge of crypto, blockchain, token standards, L1 and L2 ecosystems, wallets, custody, and onchain settlement
- Understanding of stablecoin and tokenization models
- Knowledge of issuance, minting, burning, redemption, reserves, and fiat on- and off-ramps
- Familiarity with stablecoin and digital-asset regulation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to write PRDs and communicate technical and regulatory topics
- Startup or scale-up experience
Responsibilities
- Own the tokenization and stablecoin infrastructure roadmap, strategy, and execution
- Manage mint, burn, redemption, issuance, reserve, settlement, and tokenized-asset lifecycle capabilities
- Lead cross-functional engineers, designers, operations, and compliance partners
- Scope and ship issuer and asset integrations
- Write PRDs and define order, fee, settlement, custody, and security flows
- Partner with issuers, asset managers, banks, and blockchain foundations
- Ensure products meet regulatory, security, and licensing requirements
- Evaluate chains, token standards, and market-structure developments
- Define and track onboarding, volume, revenue, and reliability metrics
- Support positioning, pricing, client enablement, and key clients
- Mentor junior product managers
