About the Role

You will own the stablecoin conversion strategy, roadmap, economics and client experience. You will define pricing, quoting and execution; coordinate liquidity, treasury, compliance and engineering partners; track conversion performance; research customer needs; and mentor other Product Managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Knowledge of FX, treasury, digital assets or financial markets
• Knowledge of pricing, spreads, liquidity sourcing, execution, settlement and hedging risk
• Knowledge of stablecoins and digital-asset on- and off-ramps in a regulated context, or ability to develop it quickly
• Analytical and commercial skills
• Ability to work with treasury, risk, legal and engineering stakeholders
• Technical depth
• Experience using AI tools for research, drafting, analysis and prototyping
• Right to work in the applicable jurisdiction

Responsibilities

• Own the stablecoin conversion strategy and roadmap
• Define pricing, quoting and execution for fiat-to-digital-dollar conversion
• Partner with Treasury and liquidity providers to source liquidity and manage market risk
• Integrate stablecoin conversion with spot FX, rate intelligence and hedging
• Own conversion volume, price, timing and completion metrics
• Partner with Compliance on screening and monitoring requirements
• Deliver value with engineers and designers
• Maintain Jobs to Be Done research and evidence
• Research conversion decisions with clients, Sales and Treasury
• Mentor Product Managers and contribute to team standards
