About the Role
You will partner with product, user experience, technology, operations, and analytics stakeholders to deliver digital brokerage solutions. You will translate needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs; validate solutions through testing; support launches; monitor performance; and apply AI tools to improve daily work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and experience in financial services, brokerage, or investing
- Knowledge of brokerage products, customer needs, and digital experiences
- Series 7 license
- Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, supporting testing, and delivering digital solutions
- Analytical skills
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging AI capabilities
- Communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver digital brokerage solutions
- Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs
- Use data, customer feedback, and business trends to identify and prioritize enhancements
- Conduct testing and validation activities
- Support product launches through readiness, content, communications, and educational materials
- Monitor product performance and provide production support
- Apply AI tools to streamline daily tasks
