About the Role
You will translate strategy into execution across lending and digital-assets businesses. You will support planning, goals, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting; analyze complex business questions; align cross-functional stakeholders; and improve dashboards, operating tools, and processes as the business grows.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, strategy, or business operations at a high-growth company
- Analytical skills and ability to build and refine models
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
- Organizational and project management skills
- Experience supporting or partnering with sales, GTM, or revenue teams
- Adhere to company security policies and data handling procedures
- Complete mandatory security awareness training
- Report suspected security incidents or suspicious activity
Responsibilities
- Support quarterly planning, goal-setting, and performance tracking
- Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive reporting
- Drive budgeting and forecasting with Finance
- Create analyses and recommendations for senior leadership
- Align stakeholders across Finance, GTM, Product, Capital Markets, and Data
- Refine dashboards, scorecards, and planning templates
- Scale the operating model by identifying gaps and simplifying processes
