About the Role
You will manage documentation and outstanding issues for mortgage-financing applications, coordinate with operations and legal teams, validate contract values, prepare files for contracting, support post-sales corrections, and update proposal inventory with commercial consultants.
Requirements
- Completed or ongoing degree in Administration, Economics, Financial Management, Business Processes, or a related field
- Previous mortgage-credit experience in contracting, formalization, contract management, or operational monitoring
- Knowledge of the mortgage-credit cycle, including document analysis, contracting, formalization, and proposal tracking
- Experience in high-volume operational environments
- Intermediate or advanced Excel
- Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with internal areas, commercial partners, and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Track and resolve documentation issues for application intake
- Resolve outstanding inventory issues with partners and customers
- Coordinate with Operations and Legal
- Manage and control processes through IQ or VMD
- Validate system values for contract issuance
- Prepare files for contracting
- Support post-sales analysis and contractual corrections
- Update proposal inventory with commercial consultants
