About the Role
You will lead discovery and qualification with senior stakeholders, translate business needs into solution and validation plans, and run pilots, workshops, demos, and proof points. You will deliver tailored first-workflow experiences, build onboarding plans, measure early success, identify expansion opportunities, create reusable playbooks, and coordinate with Account Executives, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Support.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, pre-sales, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role
- Discovery, demonstration, and business-conversation skills
- Experience bridging pre-sale and post-sale work
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving skills
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and qualification with senior stakeholders
- Assess customer fit, urgency, stakeholder commitment, and path to value
- Translate business needs into solution approaches and validation plans
- Design and run pilots, workshops, demos, and proof points
- Connect platform capabilities to customer business metrics
- Deliver tailored demos, workshops, and first-workflow experiences
- Build onboarding plans and monitor early adoption
- Identify additional teams, workflows, and use cases for expansion
- Create reusable solution patterns, validation frameworks, and playbooks
- Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Support
