About the Role
Provide hands-on IT support from the London office, manage the laptop lifecycle, keep meeting-room AV equipment reliable, handle inbound support requests, run IT onboarding, contribute to Tech Ops projects, automate repetitive work with tooling and Slack bots, and maintain internal IT documentation.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
- Knowledge of macOS, networking basics, and SaaS tooling
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping
- Provide hands-on IT support in the London office
- Ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment run reliably
- Handle inbound support requests as a first point of contact
- Run IT onboarding calls for new joiners
- Contribute to Tech Ops initiatives
- Build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work
- Write and maintain internal IT documentation and guides
