About the Role

You will originate, develop, and manage strategic institutional relationships, grow OTC and derivatives business, acquire clients, commercialize new trading solutions, gather market intelligence, improve commercial workflows, and identify partnerships and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in institutional financial services, trading, capital markets, or financial infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of OTC markets, derivatives products, and institutional trading workflows
  • Experience with options products
  • Track record in business development, institutional sales, partnerships, capital markets coverage, or another client-facing commercial role
  • Ability to deliver measurable commercial outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of market structure, liquidity, and trading products
  • Willingness to develop expertise in digital asset market structure, electronic trading, and liquidity provision
  • Experience selling derivatives-based hedging and risk transfer solutions
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with API/FIX connectivity and electronic trading infrastructure
  • Series 7 and Series 63 licenses

Responsibilities

  • Drive institutional OTC and derivatives business growth
  • Develop and execute regional business development strategies
  • Acquire institutional clients and manage relationships
  • Launch and commercialize new products and trading solutions
  • Build relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, proprietary trading firms, family offices, pension funds, endowments, exchanges, custodians, and market infrastructure providers
  • Identify strategic partnerships and market expansion opportunities
  • Gather market intelligence and product feedback
  • Improve CRM, pipeline management, and client engagement workflows
  • Monitor market developments, competition, and regulatory trends
  • Cross-sell liquidity solutions and identify new revenue streams
