About the Role
You will lead global enterprise information systems, including ERP, CRM, and AI-related initiatives. You will manage complex implementations and migrations, oversee vendors and software renewals, develop testing and training plans, support users after deployment, and manage information systems, business processes, and IS developers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in information technology and information systems
- Proven track record managing global ERP and CRM implementations, including NetSuite, Salesforce, and HubSpot
- Experience leading AI-driven initiatives or incorporating AI technologies into business systems
- Experience managing in-house information systems
- Strong understanding of vendor management, contract negotiations, and software renewal processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical design
- Communication, collaboration, and management skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- High level of written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel abroad
Responsibilities
- Lead global enterprise information systems and migrations
- Manage ERP systems across global subsidiaries
- Lead global implementation and migration projects, including NetSuite transitions
- Oversee CRM platforms, including Salesforce and HubSpot
- Lead strategy and execution for AI-related information systems projects
- Assist with vendor management, software renewals, and contract negotiations
- Develop testing, change-management, and user-training plans
- Provide ongoing user support after deployment
- Manage information systems across the organization
- Manage the IS team and IS developers
- Own business processes and support them technically
