About the Role
You will administer and improve GTM platforms, co-own Salesforce configuration, and build CRM automation that maintains trustworthy data. You will run adoption programs, manage licenses and vendors, enable field users, document systems, and add scalable processes without unnecessary friction.
Requirements
- 4+ years in GTM systems, RevOps, or sales/business systems
- Experience building AI and automation on top of a CRM
- Hands-on administration and configuration experience across a multi-tool GTM stack
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and data model
- Experience running enablement and adoption programs
- Experience owning vendor relationships, renewals, and license planning
- Experience in high-growth B2B technology companies
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and enable Pylon, Gong, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Prospect
- Run adoption programs, license forecasting, vendor management, and renewals
- Co-own Salesforce configuration and support Deal Operations processes
- Build AI agents and automations that maintain CRM data
- Document systems, enable field users, and measure adoption
- Right-size GTM processes to support growth
