About the Role

You will build and run the operating systems that support marketing and communications work. You will manage the team’s tools, internal workflows, planning cadence, agencies, vendors, contracts, procurement, budgets, and dashboards. You will coordinate cross-functional handoffs, identify dependencies, keep leadership informed, and introduce scalable processes without adding unnecessary overhead.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, or a similar systems-and-process role.
  • Experience building tools, automations, or dashboards.
  • Experience using AI tools in your work.
  • Analytical ability to turn messy inputs into reliable numbers.
  • Experience managing agency, contractor, or vendor relationships.
  • Experience working with Legal and Finance on contracts and procurement.
  • Clear communication skills across executive briefings, cross-functional meetings, and process documentation.
  • Experience partnering closely with senior executives.
  • Experience operating marketing or communications systems in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing and communications tool stack, including evaluation, procurement, onboarding, access provisioning, training, and retirement.
  • Build and maintain calendars, intake forms, dashboards, trackers, and automations.
  • Run priorities, launch and campaign calendars, planning cycles, and cross-functional handoffs.
  • Manage agencies, contractors, and vendors through selection, onboarding, scopes, invoices, renewals, and performance.
  • Coordinate contracts and procurement with Legal and Finance.
  • Identify dependencies and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Support leadership by triaging issues, escalating when needed, proposing solutions, and following them through.
  • Introduce helpful process rigor without slowing work down.
