BNB Chain is an open, permissionless blockchain ecosystem for building Web3 apps. About the Role
You will lead and define a global payments vertical by developing payments and treasury strategy, creating institutional use cases, translating regulation into strategy and risk frameworks, leading senior business development engagements, building executive relationships, managing deal lifecycles, and guiding infrastructure readiness for institutional on-chain payments. You will also support payments-focused protocols, partnerships, grants, accelerator programs, and developer acquisition campaigns.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of senior-level experience in global payments, transaction banking, treasury services, or financial market infrastructure
- End-to-end knowledge of payments and treasury lifecycles
- Experience defining market strategy and designing digital or on-chain payments and treasury products
- Strong relationships with senior executives at financial institutions, payment processors, corporates, custodians, and regulators
- Regulatory and policy knowledge across global payments frameworks
- Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
- Experience with stablecoin infrastructure, tokenized commercial bank money, payment-token issuance, or CBDC-adjacent projects is preferred
- Familiarity with on-chain settlement concepts is preferred
Responsibilities
- Define and own global payments and treasury strategy

- Translate regulatory developments into partner strategy, product requirements, and risk frameworks
- Lead senior business development engagements
- Bring market participants together to create multi-party payment solutions
- Build and manage executive and board-level relationships
- Manage commercial structures, term sheets, integrations, and go-live
- Pursue institutional settlement-layer use cases
- Guide infrastructure readiness for institutional payments
- Support payments-focused protocols and decentralized applications
- Design payments-specific incentive structures and developer acquisition campaigns
