About the Role

You will lead a branch team, acquire and deepen customer relationships, drive growth across deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments, coach and develop employees, manage performance, coordinate with internal partners, improve digital banking adoption, and balance growth with operational risk management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Ability to hire, coach, and develop sales professionals
  • Customer-focused sales leadership experience
  • Performance analysis and action planning ability
  • Independent judgment and critical thinking
  • Time management, prioritization, and delegation skills
  • Experience managing affluent, high-net-worth, and business customer segments
  • Knowledge of banking laws and regulations
  • Compliance controls knowledge
  • Operational risk management knowledge
  • Loss prevention knowledge
  • SAFE registration
