About the Role

You will manage the CEO's operational rhythm, represent the CEO when needed, prepare board meetings, lead strategy sessions, translate management input into concrete plans, engage with regulators and external stakeholders, and facilitate cross-functional leadership initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in a senior strategic or operational role in banking, financial services, consulting, or a similarly regulated environment
  • Understanding of banking, regulatory frameworks, licensing, and governance
  • Strong organisational and process management skills
  • Clear and confident communication with boards, regulators, and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to form an independent perspective and balance input from across the business

Responsibilities

  • Own the CEO's operational rhythm, including agendas, management meetings, and strategy sessions
  • Represent the CEO in meetings, forums, and conversations when unavailable
  • Prepare board meetings, materials, agendas, and decision follow-through
  • Drive strategy sessions and translate management input into strategic direction and concrete plans
  • Act as a point of contact with external stakeholders and regulators
  • Facilitate cross-functional initiatives and maintain leadership alignment
