About the Role
You manage the heads of Trading, Sales, Business Development and Digital Asset Research, support company strategy, turn concepts into executable plans, optimize processes, enable cross-team collaboration, assess the cryptocurrency market and competitive position, and represent the company at crypto events.
Requirements
- University degree in an analytical field
- 5+ years of international experience in investment banking, prime brokerage, management consulting or a strategic role in a high-growth company
- Structured and systematic decision-making
- Ownership mentality
- Knowledge of fintech disruption, digital assets and related ecosystems
- Ability to drive multiple projects across several teams from start to finish
- Understanding of execution trade-offs in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication skills

- Manage the heads of Trading, Sales, Business Development and Digital Asset Research
