About the Role
You will draft compelling partnership proposals, lead efforts to drive product adoption with fintech platforms and crypto protocols, and build and maintain strategic partnerships with exchanges and DeFi projects. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to scope and deliver integrations, and guide integration projects from ideation through execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a similar role in fintech, crypto, or DeFi
- Proven track record of driving partnerships, integrations, and adoption with financial institutions or crypto protocols
- Strong understanding of decentralized finance, blockchain technology, and the broader crypto ecosystem
- Ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-team integration projects
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
