About the Role
You will build and execute a global partner strategy anchored in New York City. You will source, structure, and close strategic partnerships across crypto and fintech, managing them end-to-end. You will drive partner-led pipeline through referral and co-sell motions and open doors with institutional counterparties. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to launch and scale partnerships, and represent the organisation at partner meetings and industry events.
Requirements
- 8–10 years in partnerships, business development, alliances, or relationship management
- 3–4+ years in crypto with an existing network in the New York institutional crypto space
- Background or strong familiarity with accounting, audit, or advisory
- Strong executive communication and ability to run partner conversations independently
- High ownership, pace, and a track record of delivering commercial results
- Accounting consulting or advisory experience (nice to have)
- CFA, CPA, or MBA (nice to have)
- Crypto sales or business development experience (nice to have)
- TradFi background with a pivot into digital assets (nice to have)
Responsibilities

- Unlock institutional relationships with banks and asset managers
- Serve as a credible external face and open doors with institutions
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to launch and scale partnerships
- Represent the company at partner meetings and industry events
