About the Role
You will own and manage day-to-day relationships with high-value TradFi accounts, develop and execute stakeholder mapping strategies, evangelize Chainlink products and the broader platform, drive early-stage pipeline through proactive discovery and qualification, and serve as the central liaison between clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years total experience with a minimum of 3+ years in institutional finance, business development, or related fields
- Strong understanding of TradFi markets and infrastructure
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment with demonstrated results
- Strong relationship management ability with institutional clients and partners
- Demonstrated knowledge of DeFi protocols, tokenization, digital assets, blockchain technology, and the Web3 ecosystem
- Experience with decentralized applications, smart contracts, or blockchain technology (preferred)
- Tokenization industry expertise and understanding of Institutional RWA landscape (preferred)
- Experience selling solutions to Financial Market Infrastructures (preferred)
