About the Role

You will act as a trusted technical advisor to partners, supporting them from early scoping and pre sales conversations through to implementation and launch. You will partner with engineering and product to relay partner needs, design reference architectures, SDK templates, and integration patterns, and you will build and test proofs of concept and demos that showcase best practices. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during integration to ensure smooth launches and strong post deployment performance. You will maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders on timelines and dependencies to keep multiple partner integrations moving forward.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in solutions architecture, partner engineering, or blockchain development, ideally within Fintech, Crypto, or Web3
  • Strong technical fluency and the ability to understand and read Solidity and Rust (hands-on coding experience is a plus)
  • Proven ability to translate business goals and partner requirements into clear, scalable technical designs
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfort managing multiple partner integrations simultaneously, operating autonomously, and maintaining momentum across projects
  • A strong curiosity for DeFi and a genuine enthusiasm for how open financial infrastructure is evolving

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Business Development as the technical subject matter expert, joining partner conversations to articulate capabilities and shape integration approaches
  • Support pre integration scoping by helping partners visualise how the stack fits into their existing product strategy
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact throughout integration design, build, and deployment
  • Design and document reference architectures, SDK templates, and integration patterns that reduce friction and accelerate partner adoption
  • Build and test proofs of concept, demos, and example integrations that showcase best practices and unlock partner momentum
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during integration, ensuring smooth launches and strong post deployment performance
  • Work closely with Engineering and Product to relay partner needs, surface technical insights, and influence roadmap priorities
  • Keep internal stakeholders aligned on timelines, dependencies, and progress across multiple concurrent partner integrations
