About the Role
You will build and lead a GovTech sales organization, define partner go-to-market strategy, and own revenue performance. You will develop executive relationships, win new business, manage strategic cloud partnerships, and coordinate contract execution across the public-sector ecosystem.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience
- 4+ years managing sales teams
- Experience selling to systems integrators, defense industrial base contractors, and GovTech ISVs
- Knowledge of federal procurement frameworks
- Experience with federal contracting vehicles and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and FedRAMP
- Experience building channel partnerships
- Technical sales acumen
- CRM systems and sales methodologies experience
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale a GovTech sales team
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for public-sector partners
- Own revenue targets, pipeline health, and quota performance
- Cultivate executive relationships with systems integrators and defense contractors
- Win new business by supporting AI integration into partner offerings
- Establish GovTech sales processes and playbooks
- Manage strategic relationships with AWS and GCP
- Inform product roadmap and competitive strategy with market insights
- Partner with legal, compliance, and delivery teams on contract execution
- Implement sales reporting and performance-management systems
- Represent the business at industry events and partner summits
