About the Role
You will serve as the primary architect of growth for Unlimit's merchant portfolio in the US market. You won't just manage accounts; you will orchestrate long-term strategic roadmaps, identifying untapped opportunities for Unlimit's acquiring solutions and delivering bespoke value that ensures partners thrive in an ever-evolving digital economy. You'll act as the lead consultant for key merchants and payment partners, drive commercial evolution of your portfolio, leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent Unlimit at the highest levels of industry engagement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Payments, Acquiring, or Fintech Partnerships
- Proven track record of growing multi-million dollar portfolios through strategic upselling and value-based negotiation
- Ability to translate complex data sets into compelling narratives that drive executive decision-making
- Proactive, resilient self-starter who thrives in high-velocity environments

Responsibilities
- Act as the lead consultant for key merchants and payment partners, aligning Unlimit's product suite with their long-term business objectives
- Drive the commercial evolution of your portfolio by identifying high-value opportunities for expansion, integration, and cross-functional solution adoption
- Leverage deep data analytics to provide partners with actionable insights, optimizing their performance
- Collaborate with Global Product, Risk, and Engineering teams to refine the merchant journey
- Represent Unlimit at the highest levels of industry engagement
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments, balancing high-stakes priorities with flawless execution
