About the Role

You will own the sales operating cadence, forecasting process, territory models, capacity plans, and performance reporting. You will analyze funnel performance, turn findings into recommendations, lead cross-functional GTM initiatives, and align the go-to-market plan using shared data.

Requirements

• Experience in GTM strategy, sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar high-growth company function
• SQL and analytical skills
• Experience pulling data and building models
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Experience using a data warehouse such as Snowflake
• Ability to run an operating cadence with senior sales leaders
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate recommendations to executives
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Run weekly pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and quarterly business reviews
• Build and own the sales forecasting process
• Design and maintain territory and segment models
• Build sales capacity, coverage, and quota models
• Own funnel performance reporting
• Conduct strategic analyses and provide recommendations to sales leadership
• Drive cross-functional GTM initiatives from planning through execution
• Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and strategic finance on the go-to-market plan
