About the Role
You will own full-cycle GTM recruitment across EMEA, with an emphasis on Sales. You will create sourcing strategies, build structured hiring plans, advise hiring managers, partner with People teams, use AI tools for market insights, and adapt recruiting practices to regional needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technical GTM functions
- Candidate sourcing and closing experience
- Hiring-manager coaching and advising experience
- Diverse pipeline development
- Communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through close
- Design sourcing strategies for diverse talent across EMEA
- Create scalable hiring plans and consistent evaluation processes
- Partner with Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Partners
- Use AI tools to improve recruiting processes and provide market insights
- Adapt recruiting best practices for regional needs
