About the Role
You will own day to day relationships with our partner network including custodians, exchanges, accounting firms and staking providers. You will embed with partner sales teams and become genuinely top of mind. You will build the CRM, the sequencing, the outreach, and the cadence, the whole engine. You will track partner performance and make it visible across the business. You will work with marketing on joint campaigns, events and content. You will help develop new partnership verticals as we grow. You will show up at industry events and become a recognizable face in the ecosystem.
Requirements
- 2-6 years in sales, BD, partnerships, or a GTM role
- Have worked somewhere with real commercial pressure and measurable targets
- Crypto native or deeply passionate about digital assets
- Love building relationships with individuals, not just organisations
- Are comfortable with high autonomy and figuring things out as you go
- Use AI tools regularly and get excited about what they unlock
