About the Role
You will own specialization requirements, evidence standards, benefits, evaluation cycles, and qualification decisions. You will communicate outcomes to partners, develop scalable review processes, coordinate program benefits and learning paths, maintain partner guidance, and use program data to improve standards and operations.
Requirements
- Experience owning an external-facing program with published requirements
- Experience running an evaluation, qualification, or renewal cycle
- Experience making eligibility decisions against written standards
- Experience using CRM or PRM data
- Strong program-writing skills
- Experience leading cross-functional work to a fixed date
- Experience with partner competency, specialization, or credential programs
- Experience with services partners
- SQL or business intelligence tool skills
- Technical depth to assess software or AI deployment evidence
- Experience building AI workflows with Claude or similar tools
Responsibilities
- Own specialization requirements, evidence standards, and benefits
- Run evaluation cycles and document qualification decisions
- Make and defend qualification decisions
- Communicate outcomes and guidance to partner executives
- Expand the program and recommend new specializations
- Define evidence standards with technical and go-to-market stakeholders
- Coordinate delivery of specialization benefits
- Align learning paths and certifications with specializations
- Build renewal, remediation, appeals, tracking, and reporting processes
- Scale review processes with automation
- Maintain partner-facing and internal guidance
- Use program data to recommend standards
