About the Role

You will own global hiring across Engineering, Product, Design, Research, and Growth. You will turn functional priorities into hiring plans, lead Talent leaders, establish consistent hiring standards, and use market intelligence and funnel data to make hiring delivery visible and predictable.

Requirements

• Lead Talent through hypergrowth at a company that grew 3x or more in two years
• Deliver hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions and time zones
• Manage teams of Talent leaders
• Deliver hiring across engineering, research, growth, design, and product disciplines
• Advise senior functional leaders on talent availability, location, role scope, and assessment
• Build hiring forecasts and recruiting-capacity plans
• Use pipeline, conversion, hiring lead-time, and interviewer-capacity data
• Raise team performance through coaching and improve hiring assessments

Responsibilities

• Translate product, research, and workforce priorities into global hiring plans
• Own Talent capacity allocation, planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Coach and develop Talent leaders
• Allocate recruiting resources across disciplines and markets
• Define success profiles, assessment practices, and hiring standards
• Run hiring reviews with functional and senior leadership
• Use market intelligence and funnel data to advise on hiring decisions
• Improve systems, tools, processes, and AI use with Talent Ops
