About the Role
You will lead Integration and Support Engineering across three functions. You will establish scalable playbooks, onboarding, best practices, and SLAs; coach technical leaders; provide technical judgment for scoping and contracts; partner on revenue opportunities and POCs; and guide delivery, planning, training, and people decisions.
Requirements
- Experience leading large technical teams of 20+ people in B2B SaaS
- Experience building a management layer
- Experience in financial services, fraud, risk, compliance, or banking
- Technical and product expertise for strategic decisions, planning, training, integration complexity, and scoping
- Experience building operational rigor through playbooks, SLAs, and structured processes
- Experience scaling teams during rapid growth
- Coaching skills for developing leaders
- Ability to lead through growth and change
Responsibilities
- Lead Integration and Support Engineering across three functions
- Build playbooks, onboarding, best practices, and SLAs
- Coach and develop technical leads
- Provide technical judgment for scoping and contract structuring
- Partner with Sales and Account Management on cross-sell, upsell, and net revenue retention
- Partner with the POC team to drive successful POCs
- Guide scoping, delivery, and people decisions with product expertise
